VELYCHKOS LLC
VELYCHKOS is a family-owned general contracting company representing the third generation of builders.
Our grandfather built, our father built, and we have continued this work for almost 15 years, preserving the craft, the approach, and respect for the profession.
Our journey began in the former Soviet countries and later continued in Europe — Germany, France, Italy, Monaco, and Lithuania. After that, we worked in the United States: Washington, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Arkansas, and Missouri. The geography was wide not because we loved to travel, but because clients wanted us on their construction sites — which in this industry is one of the strongest forms of professional recognition. All of this happened through referrals.

Two years ago, we came to Missouri for the first time. Springfield impressed us with its atmosphere, calmness, and potential. Not long after, we moved our company here from Washington state, and later our entire family joined us. Today our parents, five brothers, and our sister live here — three brothers already have families of their own. We didn’t just relocate — we invested in this place and want to see it grow together with us.
As a general contractor, we manage projects from start to finish, ensuring proper organization, clean execution, and completion without “unfinished endings.” We also supply materials at competitive prices through our family’s store, Platinum Flooring, which allows our clients to save and receive genuinely high-quality products.
For us, reputation is capital earned over decades. In construction this matters greatly: there are no marketing tricks here — the industry runs on referrals, trust, and experience. We pay close attention to what people say about us after the job is done. We want those words to be honest, well-deserved, and solid.
